YouTube was reported to the Deceptive Design Tip Line over how it secured agreement to a new licence agreement. According to the report, users were treated as agreeing to the updated and, in the reporter’s view, unacceptable licence simply by continuing to use the services, with the meaning of “using their services” left vague. The reporter says they could not find a way to save the content they own that is hosted on YouTube in order to delete it, had no guarantee that no copy would be retained and no means of checking, and had no way simply to disagree with the new licence.

YouTube: Forced users to agree to a new license agreement
“They force users to deceit their new and unacceptable license agreement, and consider keeping using their services (staying vague in what exactly describe “using their services”) imply agreeing to said licence update. I can’t find the time to save the content I own that is hosted on YouTube to delete it, I have no guarantee they won’t keep a copy and no way of checking, I have no way to just disagreeing to this new license.”
