RAMA WORKS was reported to the Deceptive Design Tip Line over confusing unsubscribe buttons in its emails. According to the report, when trying to unsubscribe from the mailing list the “No” button was coloured green, which prompted the reporter to instinctively click it because green usually signals an affirmative action. The reporter had to go back and click the white “Yes” button instead.
