“When I try to Amazon Subscription delivery it shows this prompt trying to convince me otherwise by first giving other choices like to delay delivery, then by asking why I want to cancel it and only then the actual button to cancel.”

Amazon was reported to the Deceptive Design Tip Line over its subscription delivery cancellation flow. According to the report, when the user tries to cancel a subscription delivery, a prompt attempts to convince them otherwise, first by offering alternatives such as delaying the delivery, then by asking why they want to cancel, and only then presenting the actual cancellation button.
