“When I purchase a product, Amazon automatically signs me up for auto repurchase.The checkbox of auto repurchase is checked.It should default to unchecked.”

Amazon was reported to the Deceptive Design Tip Line over the way it enrols customers in automatic repurchasing. According to the report, when buying a product the customer finds the auto-repurchase checkbox already ticked, when in the reporter’s view it ought to default to unchecked.
