“Really poor @darkpatterns from @AdmiralUK. Sign up for car insurance online, manage account online, get email notification of auto-renewal (which I didn’t explicitly sign up for) for a 38% increase in cost. No option to cancel auto-renewal online. Shameful and exploitative.”
